Temporary Patches

But what do I do with all the patches?

The basic insignia go on the uniform.

The merit badges go on the sash.

But what about the possibly dozens of temporary patches? You only wear one at a time.

Most scouts display their favorite one on the left pocket.

Aquatics awards can be displayed on the leg of your swim trunks.

Other temporary patches can be displayed on:

Jackets 

Vests

Or Blankets

If you have any questions about the proper placement of any patch, badge or award talk to your patrol leader or an adult leader.
